Every time the commandos got close, terrorists hurled grenades and sprayed bullets, forcing them back. Then finally, the special forces made it to the final firefight.

The last terrorists involved in the attacks at Mumbai's Taj Mahal hotel were killed early Saturday, Mumbai's police chief told CNN-IBN. But the director-general of the national security guard said more terrorists could still be the hotel. The conflicting accounts came after a fire broke out and a flurry of heavy gunfire.
