Rescue workers pulled two uninjured children from the rubble of a school that collapsed the day before, a spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross said today. The death toll from the collapse climbed to 82 earlier today when rescue workers found 21 bodies in a classroom, Haiti President Rene Preval said, according to the Haitian Press Network.

Bali nightclub bombers executed more similar news »
Three men convicted of killing more than 200 people in a 2002 bombing at two nightclubs on the Indonesian island of Bali were executed by firing squad today, attorneys said. The blasts killed 202 people -- 88 of them Australians -- and injured more than 300. Dozens of victims were burned beyond recognition or blown to pieces by the massive blasts.
